SUMMARY:Fall Clean Up & AGM
DESCRIPTION:Just a gentle reminder that the fall meeting has been rescheduled for Sat Oct 3/29 staring at 09:00. \nPlans for the day will focus around two main items: \n\nReplacement of the damaged fence line at the trailer\nSome tree trimming along the road and parking lot.\nPressure Wash the Out Houses Clean\nPressure Wash the Trailer\nShut Down Water\nBusiness meeting after the work party or around 1:00 pm as time will dictate along with the general elections for any vacant executive positions.\n\nTools we need at the cleanup are: \n\npole saw\, chain saw\, pressure washer\, 100 ft of hose\, racks and shovels\n\nAnyone who is able to bring large items\, please email Kevin @ love2fly@hotmail.ca so that we don’t double up on anything. \nPlease advise any member of the executive with any new items or proposals that need to be discussed with the attending club members. \nBBQ Lunch will be provided \nARCC Executive
