During a brief stay at the Ottawa General Hospital due to his exhausting fight with cancer, Dale has gone to his eternal rest. In the last few weeks of his life, Dale often expressed how much attention and concern the nurses, personal care workers, physiotherapists and others involved in his care took to make him comfortable. Dale will be mourned by his wife of 44 years, Donna; his daughters Krista and Kari and his special son-in-law, Andrew as well as Boomer the poodle. Dale was predeceased by his father, Lloyd (1979), his mother, Elaine (2007) and his brother Gary (1973). Dale’s life was full of friends, colleagues and clients from Bell Canada (retired), Fine Image Studio, the ARCC Flying Club, Community Bible Church and Kanata Baptist Church. In the interest of celebrating life and not focusing on death, at Dale’s wishes there will be no visitation of funeral service.
