Date change due to this weekend’s weather forcast;

The Spring Clean Up will be on Saturday May 6th with a rain date of Sunday the 7th.  There are quite a few trees and branches to clear from the road and parking areas. .

Plans for the day will focus around two main items:

1. Some tree trimming along the road and parking lot.
2. Maintenance of any winter damage to the shelters and snow fence.
3. Business meeting after the work party or around 1:00 pm as time will dictates.

Tools we need at the cleanup are:

• pole saw, chain saw, racks and shovels

Anyone who is able to bring large items, please email Kevin @ [email protected] so that we don’t double up on anything.

Please advise any member of the executive with any new items or proposals that need to be discussed with the attending club members.
