Hi Everyone,
The fall cleanup and meeting will take place Sat October 25th with the rain date Oct 27th. The field is if great shape and little work is envisioned.
The work that needs to be done is the same in most years past.
1) General cleanup of the area
2) Some general work along the road to ensure that brush is pushed away, potholes filled in.
3) Furniture moved to the upper pit area, starting stations etc, bbq to be put in trailer…..
So we need shovels, rakes and possibly a chainsaw.
The work begins at 0900, when the work is done we will have a general meeting then the most important event of the day – flying.
