Unserviced camping is available on a first come first serve basis

Apply before July 1st if you want to pre-purchase a dinner and t-shirt!

We are unable to accommodate dinner and t-shirt requests after this date

Please bring extra cash to the event if you wish to purchase 50/50 and raffle tickets!

Landing Fee

Landing Fee: ARCC Members who register before July 1st will have the landing fee waived.

ARCC Members who register after July 1st will have to pay a $15 landing fee.

Core Purchase Options

This year we are offering two purchase options which include a combination of the following:

Saturday Lunch: A casual lunch will be provided, featuring your choice of one burger or hot dog accompanied by a selection of sides

Saturday Dinner: A catered dinner will be served

T-shirts: Our T-shirts will commemorate the event with a hand designed piece. Sizes are as follows: XXL, XL, L, M, S

Add-Ons

If you are bringing guests who would like to be included in the dinner headcount, an additional price of $30 is applied per person

If you are bringing guests who would like to be included in the lunch headcount, an additional price of $15 is applied per person

We will have a limited inventory of extra shirts available on the day for purchase. However, if you wish to make a guaranteed purchase of additional shirts in the size of your choice please indicate below
