Just a gentle reminder that the fall meeting has been rescheduled for Sat Oct 3/29 staring at 09:00.

Plans for the day will focus around two main items:

1. Replacement of the damaged fence line at the trailer
2. Some tree trimming along the road and parking lot.
3. Pressure Wash the Out Houses Clean
4. Pressure Wash the Trailer
5. Shut Down Water
6. Business meeting after the work party or around 1:00 pm as time will dictate along with the general elections for any vacant executive positions.

Tools we need at the cleanup are:

• pole saw, chain saw, pressure washer, 100 ft of hose, racks and shovels

Anyone who is able to bring large items, please email Kevin @ [email protected] so that we don’t double up on anything.

Please advise any member of the executive with any new items or proposals that need to be discussed with the attending club members.
