Just a gentle reminder that the fall meeting has been rescheduled for Sat Oct 3/20 staring at 09:00.
Plans for the day will focus around two main items;
1) Replacement of the low fence from our trailer to the tree line.
2) Some tree trimming along the road and parking lot if we have
time and enough able bodies.
3) Business meeting after the work party or around 12:00 as time
will dictate along with the general elections for any vacant
executive positions.
Please advise any member of the executive with any new items or proposals that need to be discussed with the attending club members.
Due to COViD 19 restrictions, please bring a lunch as we won’t be able to cater for obvious reasons, the BBQ will be available.
